Melanie is the Founder and Executive Director of Melanie Smith Coaching & Consulting. She has eleven years of corporate HR experience in both management and recruiting, and has advised hundreds of professionals across industries like hospitality, administration, retail, transportation, warehousing, call center and customer service in job placement, developing resumes and personalized career strategies that stand out in today's market. In addition to resume writing and job search coaching, she's an ebook author of "How to Write a Winning Resume That Open Doors".
